Parking

10 places near the courtyard cottages, 60 places at 3 minutes from the Pavilion, and 20 more in front of the House.

Accessibility

The Pavillion and the Croft are fully accessible, with gravel paths. There are fully accessible toilets in the Pavilion. There is a smoother but longer path to reach the Italian Steps base for the ceremony, and we can arrange chairs there. The House is a listed building and it has 3 steps at the entrance, but a ramp can be requested a month in advance.

Smoking

Smoking is allowed in designated areas: Pavilion terrace, Croft courtyard, Cottages courtyard and in front of the House. Please use ashtrays and bins provided. Please note there is a 0-tolerance policy about illegal drugs: anyone found in possession will be asked to leave immediately.

Childcare

We have invited many children to our wedding, they are obviously welcome! We want parents to be free to choose wether they prefer to attend with or without their children. We do not have childcare, so we ask that all children are supervised at all times. There are no stairgates, so please always fully supervise children, especially within the House. Any damage will be charged after the event.

Dogs

Dogs are allowed on the grounds but not in the House or Cottages.

Confetti

Confetti is forbidden, so we will use bubbles.

Lakes

The lakes can be used for wild swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, and fishing, if arranged before arrival. The access will be at your own risk, and all these activities cannot be ongoing during the wedding or after 8pm.

Damage

We expect the odd broken glass, but if you break any fixtures or fittings, please let us know. Depending on the item there might be a charge.

Accessibilità

Il Pavillion e il Croft sono completamente accessibili, con sentiero di ghiaia. Ci sono bagni completamente accessibili nel Pavilion. C’è un sentiero più liscio ma lungo per accedere alla base degli Italian Steps per la cerimonia, e possiamo provvedere sedie lì. La Casa è un edificio protetto e ha 3 gradini all’entrata, ma si può richiedere una rampa con un mese di anticipo.

Fumo

E’ permesso fumare in aree designate: la terrazza del Pavilion, il cortile del Croft, il cortile dei Cottage e di fronte alla Casa. Per favore, usate i posacenere e i bidoni forniti. Per favore, notate che c’è un regolamento di zero tolleranza verso le droghe illegali: chiunque sarà trovato in possesso verrà invitato ad andarsene immediatamente.

Babysitters

Abbiamo invitato molti bambini al nostro matrimonio, sono ovviamente benvenuti! Vogliamo che i genitori siano liberi di scegliere se venire con o senza i loro figli. Non abbiamo babysitters, quindi chiediamo che i bambini siano sorvegliati in ogni momento. Non ci sono cancellini per le scale, quindi prestate costante attenzione ai bambini, soprattutto nella Casa. Eventuali danni saranno messi in conto a fine evento.

Cani

I cani sono permessi nel parco ma non nella Casa o nei Cottage.

Coriandoli

I coriadoli sono proibiti, quindi noi useremo bolle di sapone.

Laghetti

I laghetti possono essere usati per nuotare, fare paddleboard, fare kayak e pescare, se ci si è messi d’accordo prima dell’arrivo. L’accesso è a vostro rischio e non sarà possibile durante il matrimonio o dopo le 8 di sera.

Danni

Ci aspettiamo un bicchiere rotto o due, ma se rompete arredi o impianti, per favore fatecelo sapere. A seconda dell’oggetto potrebbe esserci un costo.
