Courtyard Cottages
£400 – £620 per night per Cottage (4-6 people per cottage)

The Courtyard Cottages sleep 36, in twin and double rooms.
It is not possible to sleep on couches or additional camp beds because of fire safety regulations.
Cots are available on request, 1 per cottage, more if arranged beforehand.
Please note that even if not all beds are occupied, the price per Cottage remains the same.
Gardens Cottage
£720 per night per whole Cottage (6 people)

There is another Cottage at the end of the garden, 10 minutes walk from the House (0.5 miles), which can sleep 6 people in 2 doubles and a twin room.
House Rooms
£300-£350 per night per room (2 people per room)
There are 4 additional double bedrooms in the House, available only after all Cottages have been booked.
This is because the House is lived in, and the rooms are not suitable for children.
Only guests staying in these rooms will be allowed in the House after the Ceremony and Canapès.
Things to consider
The price of the Kinmount House accommodations is obviously much higher than the avarage accommodation in the area, but they are at the very location of the wedding, and can be reserved for both nights, before and after the wedding (Fri 16th and Sat 17th).
The venue is accessible by car or by bus: the stop (Hannah Dairy) on the main road, in front of the Main Entrance, is 10 minutes walks from the House (0.5 miles).
With the exception of the Garden Cottage, all other accommodations are very close to each other and to the wedding venues.
The accommodations are available for both the 16th (night before the wedding) and the 17th (night of the wedding).
All bookings must go through the wedding couple, and will be on a “first come first served” basis. If after due consideration you wish to use this option, please let us know asap by writing to damienandchiara@gmail.com.

I Cottage del Cortile

I Cottage del Cortile hanno 36 letti, in camere doppie o matrimoniali.
Non è possibile dormire sui divani o su brandine aggiuntive a causa delle norme di sicurezza antincendio.
Ci sono culle disponibili su richiesta, 1 per cottage, di più se viene organizzato in anticipo.
Si prega di notare che anche se non tutti i letti vengono occupati, il costo del Cottage rimane lo stesso.
Cottage del Giardino
£720 a notte per il Cottage intero (6 persone)

C’è un altro cottage in fondo al giardino, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla Casa (800 metri), che può accomodare 6 persone in 2 matrimoniali e una doppia.
Camere nella Casa
£300-£350 a notte per camera (2 persone per camera)
Ci sono altre 4 camere matrimoniali nella Casa, disponibili solo dopo che tutti i Cottage sono stati prenotati.
Questo perchè la Casa è abitata, e le camere non sono adatte ai bambini.
Solo gli ospiti che stanno in queste camere potranno accedere alla Casa dopo la Cerimonia e i Canapè.
Cose da considerare
I prezzi degli alloggi a Kinmount House sono ovviamente molto più alti degli alloggi medi locali, ma sono proprio nel posto del matrimonio, e possono essere prenotati per entrambe le notti, prima e dopo il matrimonio (Ven 16 e Sab 17).
Il posto è accessibile in macchina o in autobus: la fermata (Hannah Dairy) sulla strada principale, di fronte all’Entrata Principale, è a 10 minuti a piedi dalla Casa (800 metri).
Con l’eccezione del Cottage del Giardino, tutti gli altri alloggi sono molto vicini tra di loro e ai luoghi del matrimonio.
Gli alloggi sono disponibili sia per il Ven 16 (la notte prima delle nozze) che per il Sab 17 (notte delle nozze).
